Under the CoSMiLE- brick project, TERI is in
the process of developing knowledge hub of brick fraternity in East
Uttar Pradesh with a vision to promote knowledge sharing and learning
among them. In order to develop technical and social competencies
among the firemen community, series of capacity building programs
under two streams of training are formulated, one technological
and other social.

This training program was organized as a part of TERI-SDC Partnership
Project CoSMiLE under the capacity building component for gasifier
manufacturers. The broad objective of the training program was to
build the supply chain as a part of mainstreaming gasifier promotion
for thermal applications in SMiEs.
